What is Sleep Reset exactly?

Sleep Reset is first and foremost a virtual sleep clinic. We have a team of board-certified sleep medicine clinicians, therapists, and sleep coaches to provide expert medical care, no matter whether you're struggling with insomnia or sleep apnea or a different sleep issue.

We have also developed our own proprietary, science-backed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) based program together with top sleep researchers from Stanford and Yale to treat insomnia. What is CBTI?

CBTI stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. Medical guidelines consider CBTI the gold standard treatment for insomnia because insomnia is caused by poor psychological or brain associations around sleep.

CBTI is a structured, evidence-based program that helps people retrain their minds and bodies for healthy sleep without relying on medication. Think of CBTI as "going to school to learn to sleep properly"!

CBTI addresses the root causes of insomnia by:
