What is Sleep Reset by Simple Habit?

Sleep Reset is a personalized digital sleep program that helps people become better sleepers, fast – without sleeping pills or side effects. The program was designed by the team behind the award-winning Simple Habit meditation app, in partnership with experts from leading sleep clinics and universities.

Who is Sleep Reset for?

Sleep Reset is designed to help people who have difficulties falling asleep and staying asleep. It is not intended to resolve other sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea, sleepwalking, restless leg syndrome, or night terrors. In addition, if you have been diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder, it may be best to consult your healthcare provider before using this program.

What results can I expect?

The majority of our members report improved sleep within a few weeks. However, results will vary depending on your specific sleep issues and circumstances.

How do I use Sleep Reset?

Our program is most effective when used every day to track your sleep, complete your daily sleep lesson, wind down before bed, and communicate with your sleep coach. You can access the program via your app on your iOS or Android mobile device.

Can I use the program on my desktop computer?

Currently Sleep Reset is only available on iOS and Android mobile devices.

Who is my sleep coach and how do I communicate with them?

Our sleep coaches have helped hundreds of people improve their sleep. At the start of your program, you’ll be matched with a coach who has expertise with people with similar sleep issues. Your coach will monitor your progress and make personalized recommendations to improve your sleep. You can communicate with your coach anytime via in-app messaging.

How much does my one-week trial cost?

In light of recent economic conditions, we are currently offering 7-day free trials.

How much does my program cost after my trial, and when will I be charged?

We offer multiple pricing plans for our program depending on our members' particular sleep situations. You will be charged for your subscription at the end of your one-week trial.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any time within your one-week trial period and you will not be charged for your subscription fee. Please fill out this form to request cancellation of your trial or subscription. We will review your request and process your cancellation within one business day.

What is your refund policy?

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If our program doesn’t improve your sleep, please fill out this form to request a refund. We will review your request and reply to you within one business day.

Help! I forgot my username and/or password.

Please email help@thesleepreset.com for help with recovering your username, which is the email you used to sign up. To reset your password, simply log out of your app and tap “Forgot password?” on the Sign In page.

Can I use Sleep Reset outside of the United States or Canada?

In order to use Sleep Reset, you will need to download our program app from either the US or Canada Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your coach will be located in the United States, and will be available for messaging during standard United States business hours M-F.

Who is my sleep coach and how do I communicate with them?

Our dedicated sleep coaches are trained behavioral health and wellness professionals with years of coaching experience. They have a broad range of experience in working with individuals on sleep, as well as other areas including psychology, functional medicine, nutrition, movement, stress management, mindfulness, and more. Based on your assessment results, you will be matched with a coach who has worked with people with similar sleep issues, demographics, and lifestyle.Your coach is available via text in your program app. You can send a message to your coach anytime. They will respond to your message within 24 hours, during standard US business hours Monday-Friday.

How much does my program cost after my trial, and when will I be charged?

For a limited time, we are offering 50% OFF our full 3-month program, which typically has a $450 value.With this offer, your program is $75 per month with a 3-month commitment. At the end of your one-week trial, you will be billed $225 upfront for the first three months. (That’s a $225 savings!) Cancel anytime during your trial, and you won’t be charged for your subscription. We will send you a reminder before you are billed.

Why do I have to commit for 3 months?

Clinical research shows that effective behavior change takes 3 months for long-lasting results. It can take time to fix sleep issues – which may have persisted for years, or even your whole life!

Why is your program valued so highly?

Your program includes access to a dedicated, trained sleep coach – a real human! Sleep Reset brings you strategies based on CBT-I, yet it is actually much more affordable than CBT-I treatment at an in-person sleep clinic, which is the only other sleep solution proven to have long-term results. In-person CBT-I is usually delivered over 6 to 12 weekly face-to-face sessions at $75-$150 per session...that’s up to $1,800!

How can I change my payment method?

If you signed up with PayPal, you will need to update your credit card information in your personal PayPal account. Log into your PayPal account, click “Credit Card” under Account Information, select the card to update, and click Edit. Enter your credit card details and click Save.

If you signed up with a credit card, please email us at help@thesleepreset.com. We will send you a secure link to update your payment method in Stripe (our credit card processing platform).

Can I pay for my program with FSA/HSA?

We have had some Sleep Reset members pay for their program using an HSA Debit Card. However, if you would like to pay for your program with your FSA or HSA, we recommend first calling your FSA or HSA administrator before enrolling, as we cannot guarantee this, and you may need pre-approval. If you need to provide a copy of an invoice to your administrator, please reach out to us at help@thesleepreset.com.

How can I view my subscription details?

To view your subscription details, open your app, go to the Progress tab, tap on the 👤 Profile icon in the top right corner, and then select "Plan Details" from the menu. If you have any questions about your subscription, please email us at help@thesleepreset.com and we will respond within one business day.

When is Customer Support available?

What is your cancellation policy?

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a Money Back Guarantee. If you go through your full 12-week program and your sleep doesn’t improve, we will refund you for the full program.
