Dr. Areti Vassilopoulos is a Pediatric Psychologist at Yale School of Medicine, where she focuses on the powerful connection between a child's mind and body. She's dedicated to helping young patients and their families navigate the complex challenges of chronic illness, like pain, migraines, and neurological conditions.
With a PhD in Clinical Psychology and specialized training from places like Johns Hopkins and Boston Children's Hospital, Areti brings a deep understanding to her work within the Pediatric Neurology team at Yale New Haven Hospital. She's passionate about finding ways to help kids cope and build resilience, leading programs like the Comfort Ability workshop.
