Sleep Apnea
Snoring, fatigue, or possible apnea

Review symptoms and determine whether home sleep testing, CPAP, oral appliance therapy, or other care pathways may be appropriate.

Can I use insurance to meet a sleep clinician?
Yes. Sleep Reset is in network with several insurance plans and is expanding coverage. You can enter your insurance information at the end of the sleep assessment to check whether you are in network. Depending on your plan, you may owe a copay, coinsurance, or deductible after billing.
Can I meet with a sleep clinician if my insurance is not in network?
Yes. If you are not in network, you may still meet with a clinician licensed in your state. Sleep Reset may provide a superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement or HSA/FSA reimbursement. You may also use HSA/FSA cards as your payment method when eligible.
How many sessions with a sleep clinician will I have covered?
In general, there is no set limit from Sleep Reset. Coverage depends on your insurance plan and benefits.
What if my insurance changes?
If your insurance changes, contact Sleep Reset at help@thesleepreset.com so the team can update your information.
Why do you require a credit card when I have insurance coverage?
A card is kept on file for copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and late cancellation or no-show fees. You are only responsible for a no-show fee if you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time.
What do copayment, coinsurance, and deductible mean?
A copayment is a fixed amount you pay for a covered service. Coinsurance is a percentage of the cost you pay after your deductible. A deductible is the amount you pay out of pocket before your health plan begins covering costs. Your insurer will send an explanation of benefits showing any patient responsibility.
When will I be charged for a copay or coinsurance?
You pay nothing at sign-up. If your insurance includes a copay or coinsurance, you may be charged after your clinician visit.
What if my insurance denies my claim?
If your insurance is in network and denies your claim, you will only be responsible for your copay. Sleep Reset will not charge you the insurance portion of previous sessions. For future visits, the team will reach out to discuss payment options.
Does Sleep Reset bill out-of-network claims?
Sleep Reset does not bill out-of-network plans directly. However, the team may provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to confirm out-of-network benefits with your insurer.
Can I consult with a sleep clinician if I am international?
If you are based outside the U.S., Sleep Reset may provide a superbill that you can submit to your country’s insurance if they reimburse for overseas clinicians.
Can I pay with FSA or HSA?
Yes. Sleep Reset supports HSA/FSA payment when eligible.
How do I contact customer support?
