Sleep Expert, Clinical Health Psychologist
Dr. Samantha Domingo is a clinical health psychologist and a Board Certified Specialist in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. She is the director of Pacific Wellness Hub, a teletherapy practice based in Corvallis, Oregon, where she provides services to adults living with chronic health conditions and sleep disorders.
Dr. Domingo earned her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She completed a clinical internship in Behavioral Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine and a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, with a focus on health psychology, behavioral sleep medicine, and multiple sclerosis.
With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Dr. Domingo specializes in working with individuals experiencing stress, depression, and anxiety related to chronic medical conditions, as well as those with sleep disorders. She utilizes evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches, with a particular expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). She is also noted for her work in helping individuals with multiple sclerosis manage sleep challenges.
