Yunha Kim is a serial entrepreneur known for creating impactful consumer technology companies focused on well-being. Her driving force behind Sleep Reset, a program designed to help people sleep better, stems from her own years-long battle with insomnia and sleep apnea. Experiencing firsthand the challenges and the perceived limitations of the existing healthcare system in addressing these issues, she was motivated to build a more effective solution.

Before launching Sleep Reset, Yunha founded Simple Habit, a popular meditation app praised for helping millions manage stress and anxiety. It was while briefly attending Stanford Business School that the idea for a more accessible meditation platform took shape, leading her to leave the program to build Simple Habit. Her entrepreneurial journey actually began even earlier with Locket, a mobile lock screen company she started after working in investment banking.

Yunha's background includes studying Economics and Chinese at Duke University. Her innovative work hasn't gone unnoticed; she's been recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 and Business Insider's 30 Under 30 Most Creative in Advertising.

Consistency is key. Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day helps regulate your sleep-wake cycle. For example, after struggling with irregular sleep patterns, I found that sticking to a consistent schedule dramatically improved my sleep quality.
