At Sleep Reset, we are committed to helping individuals overcome chronic sleep issues with a science-backed, medication-free approach. A recent Verywell Mind review detailed a firsthand experience with our program, highlighting its effectiveness in improving sleep quality.
Dr. Suzanne Gorovoy, Sleep Expert, Clinical Psychologist, Behavioral Sleep Medicine Specialist:
“Behavioral sleep programs offer more than tips—they offer structure, accountability, and clinical guidance.”
The reviewer, like many of our users, had tried numerous sleep aids in the past with little long-term success. However, she was drawn to Sleep Reset's personalized, non-medication approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
After completing our in-depth sleep quiz, she received a customized sleep improvement plan tailored to her specific challenges. With structured guidance on sleep scheduling, relaxation techniques, and habit adjustments, she began to notice significant improvements in her sleep patterns.
Within just a few weeks, the reviewer experienced noticeable changes in her sleep. She fell asleep faster, woke up less frequently during the night, and felt more rested in the morning. She also appreciated the ongoing support from our dedicated sleep coaches, which helped her stay committed to the program and develop sustainable sleep habits.
Dr. Michael Grandner, Sleep Expert, Professor of Neuroscience and Physiological Sciences:
“Sleep Reset empowers users with practical tools that make evidence-based strategies easy to apply.”
