Watch What Dr. Michael Grandner Says About Sleep Reset

Most people think insomnia is just about “stress” or “bad sleep hygiene.” But the science is very clear: chronic insomnia is a learned, conditioned pattern. And the most effective way to treat it is by retraining the system — not by sedating it.

Dr. Michael Grandner — one of the leading sleep scientists in the world and Director of the Sleep & Health Research Program at the University of Arizona — breaks down why Sleep Reset works, why CBT-I is the gold standard, and why medication is not the long-term solution.

In this short video, he shares how Sleep Reset is bringing clinically validated insomnia treatment out of university labs and into everyday life — at scale — in a way patients can actually access.
